I think it's pretty neat that Tamarack's favorite colors are basically the color palette of her appearance and clothing.

Red for her eyes and umbrella, orangey-gold for her hair, yellow for her boots, pink for her scarf, and purple for her sweater.

(I know the boots and sweater may not look like yellow and purple in this image, but that's how they're described in the narration, ok?)

And they make for a good color palette too! Qiu can say anything about Tamarack picking too many colors, but I personally think they're a pretty combination, just like the sunset sky.

She also listed rainbow as her favorite color, which is super based. As someone who was obsessed with rainbow as a kid, I approve.

Don't listen to Qiu, Tamarack. Rainbow is a color and your taste in color is immaculate.
